I offer teletherapy through Zencare’s HIPAA compliant platform. There is no special software to download, you will be provided with a link and login via email to click on at the time of your session. You can use the camera and audio on your computer or mobile device.
Teletherapy is a way to have therapy from the convenience of your home or office. It offers a way to make space for yourself without the hassle of commuting or traveling to an office.
Art therapy can also be incorporated into video sessions.
